KONEKS, as a corporation, is one of the leading companies in the world with its vast knowledge and qualified staff, operating in the manufacturing sector of PISTON and LINER for diesel and gasoline-powered motor vehicles. Koneks, which has taken its position in this sector in 1988, is manufacturing engine liner, engine piston and piston pin in an area of 40,000 m² of which 10,000 m² is closed area and 30,000 m² is open area, today. It has a professional team of totally 220 persons.

KONEKS, in addition to Piston and Liner manufacturing, delivers the piston ring to the Turkish and world markets with its own trademark. The company promises unconditional product satisfaction and after sales support practices to its target customers with all its departments. It markets its products as a set consisting of Piston, Liner and Ring.

KONEKS, which has its name rather frequently mentioned in both the domestic and international markets due to its product quality, has been exporting its products vested with “DIN EN ISO 9001” quality certificate to more than 50 countries since 2002. Koneks ensures to keep its machinery up to date with recent technological innovations and it has a manufacture line composed of benches originated from Japan, Germany, Italy and Taiwan. The company continuously controls its products by using the state-of-the-art technology devices and introduces perfect quality products.

The manufacturing process, in the KONEKS plants, is carried out under control from raw material (as primary aluminium ingot) entry to shipment stage. Manufacture with zero-defect, which is the main concern of the company, is maintained within this organized control system. 

While the company exceeds 160 mm of diameter in automotive piston manufacture, it manufactures different types of pistons with diameters up to 270 mm in the Marine-Engine and Fixed engine groups. Koneks, which has increased its investments in manufacture vastly to manage manufacture of piston and liner with 500 mm diameter in the near future, is manufacturing over 1300 types of pistons and 800 types of liners, today. As of today, it braces itself for the future innovations in the sector by collaborating its 25 years of experience with the Technology and Quality values.
